Voice over IP (VoIP) Telephony:

aem services have partnered with a VoIP solutions partner in the UK and a European Hosting entity to provide a hosted or local internet protocol based telephony solution designed around specific intellectual property (IP) to meet the demanding needs aem services have devised for national and international clients.  

Such solutions can be deployed on enterprise site, or between multiple sites. Added resilient Comms can be provided by using ISDN lines as well as internet/broadband links.  Number schemes can be provided for most locations.  To date we have found that we can make considerable savings for all clients.  Traditional services like voice mail, call forwarding, hunt groups can also be supported.

The system can be linked into Wireless ISP (WiSP) solutions, such as CANOPY or WiMAX and even satellite based links to give true global deployment capabilities.  Such a solution is ideal for deployable requirements for NGO's, security, Water, Oil & Gas or Defence.
